Returns & Exchanges

At COBI, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
